Refund and Return Policy

 

At Romanelli Couture, we take pride in the quality of our products. To maintain the highest standards, we enforce a strict refund and return policy as outlined below. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Accidental orders
  • Dissatisfaction with the product

Exceptions may only be made in the case of defective or damaged items (see Section 3).

2. Returns for Exchange Only (If Applicable)

We only accept returns for an exchange under the following strict conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all tags and packaging).
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must not be part of a final sale, clearance, or promotional discount.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Provide clear photos of the defect or damage.
  • Return the item in its original packaging for inspection.

If the item is deemed defective, we will offer a replacement only. No refunds will be given.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Intimates, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons.
  • Clearance, final sale, and discounted items.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return for exchange, you must:

  1. Contact our customer support at romanellicustom@yahoo.ca within the allowed timeframe.
  2. Wait for return authorization before sending any items. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
  3. Use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

6. Store Credit & Processing

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If an exchange is not possible, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Processing time for returns is 10 business days from the date we receive the item.

7. Policy Violations

Any attempt to return items that violate our policy will result in the immediate rejection of the return, and the customer will be responsible for reclaiming the item. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses our return policy.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this page before making a purchase.
