At Romanelli Couture, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.
- Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Available options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
3. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to Canada and other exceptions.
- If your location is not available at checkout, we do not ship to that area at this time.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order..
5. Tracking & Order Status
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- If your tracking status has not been updated within 3 days, please contact us for assistance.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- Once your order is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
- If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check with neighbors, your local postal office, or the carrier before reaching out.
7. International Shipping & Customs
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
- Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country.
- Customs clearance times vary and may delay your order. We are not responsible for such delays.
8. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
- Customers must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
- If a package is marked as undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact the customer for further instructions.
